About Lydie
Lydie Blundon is an interior designer with a penchant for storytelling via design. Guided by curiosity, a playful spirit and a belief that design should awaken the senses, Atelier Lydie spaces hum with texture, scent, sound, and memory: immersive worlds where personality takes center stage.
Lydie holds a Master’s in Interior Design from ELISAVA School of Architecture and Engineering in Barcelona, Spain and a Bachelors in Studio Art and Economics from Wesleyan University. Rooted in history, inspired by travel, and always in pursuit of beauty, Lydie creates interiors that are as expressive and layered as the lives they hold.

​Prior to fully diving into interior design, Lydie founded textile import company Saudade Collective in Oaxaca, Mexico, where she worked with Zapotec women artisans who carry on the region’s rich indigenous textile-weaving traditions using sustainable processes like natural dyes and homespun wool.
Lydie's career began in Hollywood working in television at Creative Artists Agency, where she honed the narrative sensibility that infuses her interiors today.
